By booking with snowracing.no, I acknowledge and agree to the following, both for myself and for any participants I am booking on behalf of:

Assumption of Risk: We understand that snow sledding involves inherent risks, including slips, collisions, loss of control, cold-related injuries, and unpredictable weather or terrain conditions. We voluntarily choose to participate at our own risk.

Health & Responsibility: I confirm that all participants are in suitable physical condition to join and will follow all safety instructions provided by snowracing.no staff. Each participant accepts full responsibility for their own actions during the activity.

Authority to Accept Terms: I confirm that I have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all participants included in my booking and that they have been informed of and agreed to this waiver.

Liability Release: To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we release snowracing.no, its owners, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during the activity, except in cases of proven negligence.

Equipment & Conduct: We will use all provided equipment properly and safely, and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Jurisdiction: This activity is provided in Norway and is governed by Norwegian law.
